Refunds

All sales are FINAL. Each product is handmade to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.


Issues with Item

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 5 days after delivery to inspect and report any issues. If we are not contacted within 5 days, we cannot resolve the issue. We will happily provide a replacement for defective items after reviewing your request and photos of the damage. Please inspect your order upon receipt to ensure satisfaction.
